Data protection: explanation

Thank you for visiting our website and for your interest in us and our services.
We take the privacy of personal data very seriously and want you to feel safe when you visit our website. However, supply of the optional details will help us to look after you more personally.

Is the confidentiality of e-mail traffic / contact forms ensured?

Should you wish to contact us via e-mail or contact form, we remind you that the confidentiality of such information may not be fully guaranteed. The content of e-mails can be viewed by third parties. Therefore, we recommend that you send any confidential information by post only.

“What information will be logged when I visit the website?”

Our server stores a log file every time a user accesses a page of our website offers, and every time a file is accessed.

  • the webpage from which the file is requested

  • Type of browser and browser settings
  • Operating system
  • The page you have visited
  • Volume of data transferred
  • Access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.)

From this information, statistics are generated that help us to continually tailor our website to suit your needs. Personal information can only be derived from this if you have registered yourself directly on our website, or if you access our website from a personalized page. However, transfer of information or excerpts thereof will not, under any circumstances, occur.

Do you use cookies?

We do use session cookies on our website. Data is not permanently stored. The use of temporary cookies means you do not have to repeatedly enter personal information when filling out different forms for our website offers. These cookies are automatically deleted when the browser is closed.

Furthermore, according to legal stipulations, users also have the right to view, bar or cancel any of these personal details.
